I just read your blog for the first time in months. I was truly inspired & shared that inspiration with everyone I know!:) Your mom tells me that you made your Disney goal. That is SOOOOOOOO fabulous! Your mom also tells me that the 3 of you got to take a very memorable spring break trip. Again, SOOOOOOOOOO fabulous! It sounds like you’ve been raising money in very creative ways!!! Thank you for reminding us that we serve an awesome God! I miss you, Keona! PS: I love the pictures from your recent trip…you’re turning into quite the beautiful gal!

Hi Keona,

You are an amazing girl and I am glad to have stumbled onto your blog. I appreciate your maturity and passion for life. I think you are an awesome babysitter and my kids love you (even Jacob who doesn’t like most of his babysitters these days). He is just getting older and it is tough for him, but he really likes it when you come over. Thanks for doing a great job and for being an inspiration to me.

Junior high sounds totally awesome! How terrific! would you believe that I didn’t have PE for most of Jr High/High School? Yup. I had many knee problems & surgeries and so I had a written doctor’s note to be removed from gym. On the one hand, extra study hall as way cool. But, on the other hand, I really missed out on something important, plus, I missed out on how to really treat my body properly. (I was sort of a “hefty” high schooler.) Do you know the Richert family? They are wonderful people & both now teach PE at Warren Jr High!

Keona,

When I was younger and would begin the sentence with “I want …” my father would tease me and say, “Your wanter needs fixin”.

Something as simple as that has stuck with me my whole life. It’s a good idea for us to check every now and then to see if our “wanter needs fixin”.

I’m so proud of you Keona, it’s not easy to admit when we have been wrong. Your public confession is an example for all of us.

Hey Keona, I will pray for this Family. Remember the Oral Language Piece I performed about something like this. The mom who was dying because of cancer. But remember I will still pray for you too. But now I will pray for Kyle’s Family. Bye.

Wow! That’s cool keona. God’s always there and once again one of his amazing miracles happen right in front of you. It really shows that he is watching over your family and all of us. This is a great example to show that God is the true and only God.
